This website introduces INFINITE-X Group’s services and provides ways to make an enquiry. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
Enquiries and service agreements
An enquiry does not create a service agreement, confirm a booking or reserve availability. Scope, fees, timing, responsibilities, deliverables and any third-party costs must be agreed separately before work begins. Published service descriptions are general information, not a project-specific quote.
Technical and engineering information
Website material is not a construction instruction or a substitute for a project-specific assessment. Certain engineering services may require review, approval or sign-off by appropriately registered professionals depending on scope and statutory requirements. This website does not claim professional registration or guarantee utility approval.
Demonstrations and development
Portfolio entries are labelled as demonstrations or R&D concepts and do not represent commercial client contracts unless explicitly stated with supporting information. They must not be used as approved designs. Services marked Coming Soon are in development and are not currently offered as active services.
Education and academic integrity
Tutoring and training support learning and understanding. INFINITE-X does not complete tests, examinations, assignments or assessed submissions for students. Learners remain responsible for their own work and applicable institutional rules.
Content and permissions
INFINITE-X website branding and original content may not be republished as someone else’s work. Share only enquiry materials that you own or have permission to provide. Any rights in commissioned deliverables should be addressed in the separate service agreement.
External services and availability
Email, WhatsApp and other external services operate under their own terms. The website cannot confirm delivery of a prepared enquiry draft. Content may be updated and the website may occasionally be unavailable. No statement here excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
