Who this notice covers
This notice applies to the INFINITE-X Group website and enquiries sent to InfiniteXSolutions@outlook.com or +27 73 941 2840.
Information you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, service interest, message and preferred contact method, with optional organisation and phone details. Mobile app enquiries can also include target devices, features, account and booking needs, payments, maps, budget and a package of interest. Provide only what is needed to explain your enquiry. A parent or guardian should enquire on behalf of a learner under 18.
How the enquiry form works
The form prepares a draft in your browser. It does not transmit the form to a website backend, save it to browser storage or send an email automatically. The draft remains in the current page until you leave or reload it. Clicking an email or WhatsApp link passes the draft to your selected application or provider; you decide whether to send it.
How enquiry information is used
Information you send is used to understand your requirements, respond through an appropriate channel and discuss possible services. It is not permission to add you to a marketing list. Please contact us if you want to correct information or stop an enquiry.
Service providers and website operation
Email, WhatsApp and the website hosting provider process information under their own terms and privacy practices, potentially in other countries. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs. A private review deployment may also require provider sign-in and essential access cookies. The site code does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The fictional Crumb & Ember demo saves product choices and quantities in local browser storage so its cart survives a reload. Remove items, complete a simulated order or clear site data to clear that cart. Demo checkout details are not saved or transmitted and are cleared when checkout closes.
Retention and care
Enquiry correspondence should be kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage agreed work or meet applicable record-keeping duties. You can ask about information held in correspondence. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment-card information or sensitive records through this enquiry flow.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or raise an objection, subject to applicable requirements. Contact InfiniteXSolutions@outlook.com. You may also raise a concern with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
Updates
This notice may change when the website or enquiry process changes. The date above identifies the current version.
